The Practice is a new longevity-focused personal training studio based in Connecticut. I worked as a freelance designer to extend the existing brand system across a range of print and digital communications centered around the concept of “healthspan.”

Collaborating with Andy Omel Design, I translated an existing brand system into tangible medium including reports, promotional materials, spatial graphics, and social media assets. The work focused on maintaining consistency while adapting the brand’s energetic and elegant tone across formats, scales, and audiences.
